ANNOUNCES WINE TASTINGS
We will be tasting 16 wines blind. All tastings include bread and cheese and must be paid for in advance.
Tastings start at 7 PM sharp and should be over by 9PM.
Please no perfumes or cologne, think of the person sitting next to you trying
find the aroma in their glass.

Tuesday JAN 26, 2010 - Finally a Wine and Chocolate tasting. We will tasting ten wines in total. Some with chocolate bars of different cocoa content, then some with Luxx Chocalat beautiful and great tasting chocolates made by Lisa Rogers. After the chocolates we will have chicken with mole sauce and chocolate cake. Lisa will be there to explain chocolate making and can answer any other chocolate questions

Monday February 8, 2010 - A single malt tasting, but not what you think. Tasting Irish Whiskies and Single Malts and Scottish Single Malts. A total of ten selections. Cornbeef & Cabbage! $85 + Tax
February 9, 2010 - Another great vintage (year after year) of Super Tuscan Italian wine 2004, 2005 and 2006. Taste some of the wines from these great vintages. Buddy’s Penne with meat sauce will be served. $100 + Tax
Tuesday February 23, 2010 - Are you an Australian wine fan. We will taste all different types of red wine from Cabernet to Shiraz. $50+ Tax
